What started as a drive to build things the right way has grown into a full-service residential construction and remodeling company serving Northeast Oklahoma, the Grand Lake area, and surrounding communities.
D&S Properties offers a wide range of services to homeowners across the region, including new home construction, room additions, complete home remodeling, concrete work, custom decks and railing, patio covers, pergolas, and much more. If it has to do with building or remodeling, D&S Properties can handle it.

I contacted them about services, I live outside of their service area, they were kind enough to tell me that I could possibly get it for cheaper with someone closer to me. They also answered my questions about what certain services are called so that I can make proper inquiries. To me, that's the definition of kindness, courtesy, and great service.
